Today, SEADE, running from January 2024 to December 2025, officially concludes after two years of fostering AU-EU cooperation for Research and Innovation in Digital (R&IID) actors.

The Twinning Programme successfully connected eight R&IID actors into five dynamic pairs – each pairing a European and an African organisation. This initiative fostered meaningful partnerships and knowledge exchange across borders.

Both programmes aimed to connect innovators with new ecosystems, partners, and markets from a specific pilot region — the Softlanding Programme lasted three months, while the Learning Expedition ran for one week.
